Frederick F. Buechel, Jr. MD is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and is Joint Replacement Fellowship Trained from The University of Pennsylvania.  Dr. Frederick Buechel, Jr. specializes in and performs MAKOplasty® Outpatient Robotic Partial Knee Replacement, Total Knee Replacement and Knee Arthroscopy. Dr.  Buechel, Jr. also trained under Dr. Buechel Sr. MD who is a Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  Dr. Buechel, Jr. MD was the Chairman of Surgery at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Naples, Florida.  He was the past Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at the NCH Healthcare System from 2007-2010, and he was the NCH 2009 COMPASS Award recipient.  We are proud to have him at Prestige Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.
